I made a purchase through a company, other than eBay, on behalf of a friend – but used my own Paypal account to pay for it.
Although I added my friend’s address as the delivery address, the item arrived at MY home – and when I contacted the company in question (bracketsrus.com) I was advised that you (Paypal) had changed the delivery address to mine!
Could you confirm that this is your policy, please...and on whose authority you made this change, as it is very worrying – particularly at a time when I wish to send Christmas presents directly to friends and family, and pay for them with Paypal.
