Can't use pending funds for shipping

I am unable to use my funds to pay for shipping.

I just sold some rather heavy items and it is going to cost about 400 dollars to ship them and Pay Pal won't let me use my money to pay for shipping as they have in the past.

Any thoughts.

I'm going to have the same situation shortly! My item is about to end and I wil need to ship it using my paypal, my funds will also be pending, I have used pending funds before for shipping. Maybe because your amount is so high they won't let you use the funds?

I can't use the pending fund either. I just need a small amount of money. Is there any solution?

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.  I WAS TOLD BY AN EBAY CUST. REP. THAT SHIPPING FUNDS WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM MY PENDING BALANCE.  NOPE.  EBAY BILLED PAYPAL AND PAYPAL BILLED ME.  TOOK MONEY FROM MY AVAILABLE BALANCE AND WITHDREW FUNDS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.  REAL SLICK SYSTEM.
