Can't print international shipping label! HELP!

I have Mac and I cannot print international shipping label (never had any problems before today). "Loading Java Applet Failed..." message.

I paid 2 times and have to void labels and wait 15 days to get money back! I waste about 9 hours already, updating and installing, and still can't print it! Looks like problem is on PayPal website.

Called PayPal customer Support and they send me to Java!

Today is Saturday evening, everything is closed and I have to void another paid label because it can be reprinted only within 24 hours!!! Terrible!

Welcome to the boards!

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time printing labels.  You'll want to make sure you meet all these requirements:

• Safari 3.0 and above on Mac OS
• No label printers - plain paper only
• Latest version of Java
• Pop up blocker must be disabled

If you meet all of these system requirements, you may have another program or service running in the background that may be using Java and causing applet corruption.  Regrettably, we can't troubleshoot that part of it.
