I read & have bought a monthly subscription on Dec. 3. It is username and password required, the username & password have never worked ! They are issued thru paypal so... how do I resolve this ? I don't feel this is a unreasonable question and I sure would like some sort of advice
If paypal is aware of this problem, as I see they must be, why not man-up & tell us? I'm gonna cancel & do it by old fashion mail because really this is so quick I've only been waiting since Dec 3 surely mail is slower ! LOL
