It makes paying with PayPal real trouble for multi-users who need to make purchases on other websites.
Paypal - you are losing business. We have to pay with credit cards on several sites due to this.
It is all because the secondary users cannot login with an email, and the sites require an email when trying to login to Paypal from their payment area. The login by username and password simply does not work.
