i have recently received a refund and have 60 usd on my paypal balance that i want to use to pay another ebay item. but it doesn't let me pay. the only choice is the credit card, so i tried to remove the credit card from my paypal account and force paypal to pay using the balance, but it doesn't let me remove the card. the currency is USD and i want to pay in USD, but no go.
this is very frustrating and a stupid paypal decision!! they want to withdraw the funds on my credit card just for the reason to receive those 5 usd for the transaction fees. thieves!! forsing milions of users to do so you get quite a lot of money.
