money never withdrawn

Back on 12-19-2009 I bought a item and paid for it thru Papal . The money was never taken out of my bank account. It was for $12.98. It went thru papal but showing up on my bank statement. What should I do

Maybe the payment was funded by your PayPal account balance. To check this, login to your PayPal account, click on the "History" tab and display your December, 2009 transactions.

Is the payment shown?

If yes, click on the "Details" link and check the payment's funding source.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Here I had 33.00 from something I sold in my paypal and it was taken out of that. I never gave that a thought
