how do pay with a debit card?

this is totally annoying.  somebody wanted to be paid in paypal for a service -- so i created a paypal account. when i first entered paypal i was able to pay with debit card.  now it won't let me -- i can't find where i can just enter my debit card info to make a 2nd payment to someone.  

i hate how user unfriendly this site is. . .

wtf why isn't there a way to pay with our cards? This is totally frustrating me. Paypal is becoming a huge pain in my **bleep**
