Dear PayPal, PayPal Users, and PayPal Profiteers,
Let me start by saying how fantastic I have found your service to be... until just lately.
I have used PayPal for five years with the same vendor and bank account for five years. Now the vendor can not process my payments from PayPal... You say you can see why but you won't tell me why because it may help me to circumvent your security... are you $%^&#$ kidding?
I want a solution now! I have called several times over the past two months and I have been very patient with many people who just say they do not know how to help me except I should try my transaction later.
Well now it is much later and on the first of the month my domain names will begin to expire.
And I finally get someone who knows why this is happening but he refused to help me. Rather he said that I should try another payment method.
PayPal is now not only advocating the use of other online payment solutions but they are telling me that in America I can not use the PayPal service for American products I have been buying for over 5 years through them (Domain name renewals... and in fact are telling me to switch providers to find the best solution.
When did I become a client they no longer wish to have? What is it about my business I afford them which they do not like. (plus the dozens - perhaps a hundred other people I have helped to set up and use PayPal for their online purchases and businesses.)
If it is my credit card.. tell me. If it is the service or even the website I am hosting it from, tell me. (Which is devoted solely to being a reseller of GoDaddy.com services). If it is my bank account... then tell me. If it was a bad transaction which I need to repair... tell me. I have never had a disputed charge that I know of for I will automatically refund anyone's money for our services... and I can not believe it would be this as we sell perhaps $15 in online services per month. If it is because I have the account collecting money from too many online ventures then tell me.
What ever it is... give me a solution before I divorce myself (and all my clients) from PayPal... and please remamber that I am a marketing specialist who works around the world and I am able to complete both positive and negative campaigns for a product or an online payment provider service.
I expect a solution very quickly. I feel I have adequately stated my position and please know that I have copied this post and I plan to deliver it everwhere I can here and through all of the social media platforms I administer (over 10,000 members).
And thank you for making me wait a month and a half before you admitted that you knew what the problem was but would not help me to fix it.
I admit it, I need your services badly and they help me in so many ways, but please know that I can potentially be your greatest advocate or...
Sincerely,
Mike Wilson

That's a lot of display advertising opportunities on some of the worlds top ranking websites.
And as adamently as I have been a proponent of your services
I can be just as persuasive in making sure people know what you think of your clients...
Perhaps I am a bit more upset than I should be... but I am the customer and that means I am RIGHT!
