I really want to buy Fraps but paypal won't let me. I tried paying as a guest and then I made an account. Still doesn't work. When I use my account it tells me that I need to confirm the account by putting my bank information. I refuse to do that. I tried talking to customer service and they told me that I need to input my bank account or that I need to wait for an indefinite amount of time. What I am asking is: Is there another way that will allow me to clear my account? I can't afford to wait as I need this program by tomorrow. The card is working and has sufficient funds, it was even confirmed by customer service. Please help me find a solution to this annoying problem.
