Hi,

I am a internet Marketer from India. I never had any problem until now in buying or making any sort of payments online using PayPal.

But, for the 1st time my card got declined when I tried purchasing an application provided by Sick Marketing (http://sickmarketing.com/). I have several cards added to my account. And all my cards are getting decline when I try purchasing via PayPal from sickmarketing.com. It shows an error tell, "We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. To proceed with your purchase, please select a different payment method or add a different credit or debit card, then click Continue."

As I said I am buying and making payment online from a long time and very had such a problem. So, at the same time I had to make payment to Hostgator (www.hostgator.com) via PayPal which is completely a different website and the payment was successful. I used the same card to make payment to Hostgator which I had used for Sick Marketing. The payment via PayPal is successful with hostgator but not with Sick Marketing.

I had left a mail to PayPal about this issue. They tell talk to the bank, and the bank people tell talk to PayPal and Sick Marketing Officials tell talk to PayPal.

I could figure out one thing that the bank did not had any sort of restiction on my card. And even if they had any sort of restrction on my card then I should not have been able to make payment to Hostgator.

I am badly in need of Sick Marketing but my payment is getting declined. Please help me fix this issue.

Hi DoubleD3, and welcome to the forums!

Please make sure that the address on your PayPal account matches the address you have on file with your Credit Card issuer. Even a minor discrepancy can cause errors in verification.

I hope this helps!
