Hello. I am trying to pay two different merchants for their products. One is at http://www.aldha.org/ for a $10 membership, and one is at http://www.at-topo.com/index.html for a $19.99 map set.
At both places I go through the process of the payment, but I get this error:
"This address has already been entered for your PayPal account."
I put in my name and password, then fill out the debit card info. Everything is entered correctly. On both sites when I press 'save and continue' after entering the debit card info, the same exact error pops up.
This is incredibly fustrating as I want to purchase products from these vendors. Why is PayPal not letting me use my debit card?
