What an odd situation, continue to keep the money available and persist contacting the seller, i would double check this but its anywhere from 30-90 days if the seller does not accept the payment then they just defaulted and you get the money and the item. You may feel bad about it and you could always continue to resend payment even after the default period but it is the sellers fault if they sent the item before collecting payment. You don't get to take your groceries home before you pay for them do you?
