I recently sent a payment to a seller, and it says on my end the funds are completed. He will not ship my item until he can withdrawl the payment. It was my understanding that in order to withdrawl the payment the seller has to enter in the shipping information and the buyer has to confirm that they received the item?
Can he withdrawl the funds without first shipping?
If so how long will it take for him to withdrawl the funds?
