I was able to use my PayPal to purchase Netflix before without having a credit or debt card attached, but now when I go to renew my subscription it says I must add one to do instant payments.
I read somewhere that you must have a min. of 25.00$USD in your account for it to bypass this and allow you to do instant payment without a credit or debt card, is this true? Any solutions to this?
