I bought an item on etsy that went through as an echeck. This echeck has been debited from my bank account (ie: the money is gone) on 2/17 yet paypal won't pay the merchant till 2/22. So I can't order my item, I'm sure the seller thinks it is very strange not to be paid for a week. I seriously hate paypal. It has been nothing but a giant headache. Why is there not an alternative for ebay/etsy purchases? Customer service is atrocious. I have had an account for many years and spent thousands of dollars and yet this echeck for less than $20 takes over a week to go through. Seriously??
