I've spent some time searching for an answer to this, but I found nothing to address this specific issue.
For the past few months, whenever I try to send money to someone by paypal, for an item not purchased through e-bay, I'm unable select any other funding option, other than e-check. Ebay items seem to work fine.
This only happens from my second computer, which I use at work, and I'm the only one who ever uses it. I've been using this computer for several years, and up until a few months ago never had any problems with sending money(many payments made) via credit-card, for any/many non-ebay items. I also have no problems from my home computer.
Does anyone have any ideas why this would only be happenng on one computer, and not the other?
