I have English paypal acocount and received payment in Polish zlotys, now I want to send this exact amount to Polish paypal account in zlotys asweel, but I can't. I can only do this with card or direct transfer, there's no option to use paypal balance and I'm using personal option so there should be no fees for sending the money. Can anyone help?cheers
