I Have money in my account, but I do not have a credit card.

I currently have money in my paypal account, but I do not have a credit card.  I won an auction on ebay and I want to pay with the money I have in my PayPal account, but I cannot conplete the transaction because I need to enter in a credit card... What can I do?
