So you link your Paypal account to your credit card/bank account, and you decide to bid. Let's say something costs $.50 and you bid on it. Is $.50 taken out of your account until you win the item? Then let's say someone out bids you and bids $1.00, so you out bid that person with $1.50. Will another dollar be taken out of your account? I know this may be a dumb question, but I'm just trying to figure out how it really works before I start bidding on items on eBay.
