I recently bought an item through ebay. I had moved funds from my bank account to my paypal in advance so I wouldn't have to wait for the echeck to clear, or so I thought. So the money for the item was in my paypal balance, not the bank account. But when I won the item and went to pay for it, paypal took (or tried to take) the funds from my bank account, which put me in the red and slapped me with a fee that cost even more than the item I'd bought! I tried to contact paypal through email, but their form is so frustrating I cant figure how to classify this as!
Can anyone help? Who do I contact and is it possible for me to get my money back? When I won the item, I didn't see any option to change where the funds I pay for it come from.
