Is there a way to create Recurring or Preapproved payments from a regular account? I want to create a recurring payment that happens on the 1st of each month to send money to someone. This is not a business or someone that is sending me a bill. So, is there any way to use PayPal for this sort of thing? Seems like a fairly straightforward feature and I am really surprised that I haven't found a way to do it.
