I have made a purchase threw eBay using pay-pal, the charge showed up on my pay-pal accout but not my bank account, any Idea why, my previous charges showed up right away.
I have not seen my payment made, NOR my (credit card) payment refunded. I bought it on the 16th of november, was refunded today. NOTHING IS SHOWING UP ON MY CREDIT CARD REFUND, but payment was taken immediately.
THE REAL ISSUE: NOTHING IS SHOWING UP AT ALL ON MY PAYPAL HISTORY ACCT AT ALL.
now what? wait 30 days before I give ebay feedback? c'mon..... (not good business!)
I also have a problem with paypal. I won an auction on Ebay for a printer Nov. 22, and paid it with paypal, I thought. Paypal showed the seller being paid the full amount on Nov. 22. The delivery date was shown as Dec. 1. It is now Dec. 13, and no delivery. When I questioned the seller they said the item had a hold placed on it, probably for non payment. I printed out the statement from Paypal showing it as paid, then got my bank statement covering that period, and the money to pay for it was never withdrawn from my bank account. Other items I purchased on that same day were paid for from this bank account. There was plenty of money in the bank, so the problem seems to be with Paypal. They of course make it very difficult to tell them this.
