I've sent money with a credit card many many times. Now when I attempt to send money, it automatically choses my PayPal Mastercard. The only other options are 'Paypal Balance: " (which is showing up blank, although the summary shows a balance, or my bank account.
If I try to add a new card, it says it's already in the system. Anyone know what's going on?
