im having a few problems trying to send money as a gift. Im trying to send money as a gift ( which i have multiple times before) and now it's asking me to pay from my paypal balance?. The only way to do that is to link VIA bank account,and im using a prepaid gift card so i can't really Have a bank account link, nor do i want a bank account anyway.
it's like really? paypal is becoming more difficult every week, and theres over 10,000 errors just to send money?
