Can't Make a Online Payment to a Website

"We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow."

I met this message every time i want to pay with paypal. I've checked that i haven't exceeded the limit of my paying. Any one who know what i should do? One suggestion is to have another funding source. But i just want to use my current credit.

I am trying to buy astros at www.ogplanet.com It's a virtual currency. I have exactly $20 and i want to buy $20s worth of astros. Help Please?

There are many different possible reasons why a specific payment cannot be made using PayPal.  As we don't discuss account specific information in the PayPal Community help forum, you may need to contact Customer Service so they can research the issue.  Otherwise, we would just be guessing.  The error message you reference can be triggered by many things.

It's been a couple weeks since your post so I hope you were able to discover a solution by now.
