I made a payment to an eBay seller yesterday which cleared. The shipping amount is incorrect and I need to send an additional payment. The seller sent an invoice but it included the orignal purchase minus shipping and then the shipping balance was added. I deleted the invoice as it was incorrect but don't know how to forward the shipping balance via PayPal.
