On the paypal website, I accidently clicked "Send Money" instead of "Request Money". I was trying to get refunded for a transaction that I have had issues with. So...the other party and I have a rocky relationship to begin with (but I won't go there).
I am told that the only way to cancel the transaction is if the other party refunds me. So, we do not have a good relationship....and in my opinion she pretty much stole the first $75 from me (which I was trying to get refunded - but ended up sending her $75 more).
So, my question is, what if this shady person decides to accept my payment?
How do I recover it?? I have called paypal, and they have emailed her, but they also said she has to refund it. I have called the bank, but they said that they cannot put a stop payment on the transaction, and told me to contact paypal.
HELP!!!! I've been **bleep**ed by this person once before....and I am worried he/she will take my money!
