Why does it say money received but is still pending???

I'm so confused there are about 20 different answers for my question & I just want a simple straight answer..... Can anyone help me please.......?

Are you a seller?

Have you been paid?

Was it an Ebay transaction?

Was it a private transaction?

Was it an international transaction?

Are you new to selling?

Do the funds show in your paypal balance?

When you click on pending does it give you a clearance date?

Does it mention the new seller hold?
