What does it say next to the transaction on the senders end.
1. Unclaimed.
2. Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
Also is it an old email address that you once owned OR was it misspelled etc.
Finally how did you send the payment what option was used.
Advice is voluntary.
