Hello everyone,
So I sold an item over ebay, and the buyer is avoiding me for 2 days. I asked politely for them to make the payment, and unless they do so that I will have to contact the ebay support and that they will take it from there.
The response I got from the buyer was : "lmfao, idc, I barely use ebay".
So naturally I am looking into another possible solution which is paypal.
I know that user has it, because its the only payment method I accept. And he couldnt bid for the item without it.
So my questions is can paypal support somehow help me get my 80$?
Thank you for the help!

All you can do is file an unpaid item dispute on ebay > get your final value fee credited back to you and relist the item.
You can't force a buyer to pay you.

When a bid wins usually they pay up immediatelly, I simply never had a problem like this before and I did lots of sales, so I kind of did it on autopilot 😕

Oh dear, you should never send until you have paypal email confirmation that the buyer has paid and that you have seller protection for the item.
As you have sent it then all you can do is take private legal action against him as there is nothing ebay or paypal can do for you apart from get your FVF back again.

No because it was your choice to send the item before he paid.
