Hi,
I sold an item on ebay at the beginning of October, which was posted second class signed for. Unfortunately, the buyer didn't collect from the post office in time and the item has finally been returned to me.
She still wants the item, but she will need to cover the postage costs before I post them out again.
Do I invoice her? If so, not sure how to go about this!
Help!

You can send an invoice or money request or just give her your email address and she can ''send'' a payment to you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
