Please help - invoice

Hello guys,
because i am new here and i dont really know what all u need, i will post here some screenshots and probably u will know what to do next.
The problem - I wanted sold skin to CS:GO and the buyer wanted to pay with PayPal. Now i have just this two invoices but not money in my wallet. Is it scam, or i will have the money in next time? 
And sorry for my not so good english. 😞

Its a scam.

Sellers send invoices NOT buyers.

Paypal payments are more or less instant, and they don't tell you that you have to wait 24 hours.

You should never send ANYTHING until the funds are in your paypal balance.

Ok, my fault. Is it chance to some compensation for that? ... some ban, or money from him? 😄

Not really as paypal can't force someone to pay for you especially as presumably you have already sent the item??

You can report him to paypal though if you want to as they may look into it unless its a hijacked account.

Yea, i sent the item, cuz i am idiot. So probably I can just try to report him. 😞
