Payment pending/on hold

Hi, 

what is the difference between pending and on hold ? It aeems to show differently depending on where I look on paypal.

 I sold an item it was delivered last Friday by parcelforce I used a guaranteed service and it was trackable I uploaded the tracking info to ebay and paypal, paypal says the balance would be availbale from 20/11 Its now 22/11 

ive emailed paypal but havent heard anything yet, is there anything else i can do ? 

Ive since sold another item for a smaller amount and got the money straight away is it to do with the value of an item too ?

Pending is normally the new seller hold, whereas funds are on hold if there is a dispute raised by a buyer.

I would not bother emailing best to phone and its a freephone number from any UK landline.

Just ask them to release the funds manually for you.
