Pay After Delivery problem

For some reason Paypal is paying after delivery even though its switched off. This started happening a few weeks ago but i`ve never even set it up.
Any idea`s how to stop this? i`ve been into my settings and it`s not set up to PAD so I can`t undo it.

Is this board even working?
It`s a simple question and should be a simple answer.
I have never set up pay after delivery but that is what is happening and i WANT IT RESOLVED!

I have the same issue. Sold a couple of items today and it says the paypal payments are processing through the system but ebay is telling me its time to ship my items? Never had this before and been using ebay and paypal for a long long time!!

Yes the board is working but this is a user to user forum manned by VOLUNTEERS.
Suggest when you have helped someone yourself you can then have a go at us for not replying.
So sorry that family life meant I did not log on the instant you posted your thread.
Just seen it now but suggest you phone customer services as you don't seem to appreciate our efforts.

I don't WORK here at all, or don't you understand the word VOLUNTEER.

Hi, This has just started to happen on boht my and my sons PayPal accounts.
eBay say it is a PayPal issue, although I have opted out of the Payment after delivery in PayPal.
There is an option on the eBay payment screen, but I didn't have to select it before. Not quite sure what has happened.
This appeared to start happening after I downloaded the PayPal app, but don't know if this is a coincidence. You can't change the
payment after delivery option on the app...
I've emailed PayPal Customer Services for a solution, as advised by eBay Customer Services....

Hi
i have a similiar probelm with Pay after Delivery.
Although it is switched off ( I did try using it at one point) , I find that some transcations are still using it.
I think it is when I order through a certain device (maybe my ipad or phone) , i need to monitor more closely to find out which.
Either way if yhe option is off then i expect it to apply for all purchaes.
Can you let me know the paypal customer services email address please ?
Or any other suggestions to resolve this .
