Hi, This has just started to happen on boht my and my sons PayPal accounts. eBay say it is a PayPal issue, although I have opted out of the Payment after delivery in PayPal. There is an option on the eBay payment screen, but I didn't have to select it before. Not quite sure what has happened. This appeared to start happening after I downloaded the PayPal app, but don't know if this is a coincidence. You can't change the payment after delivery option on the app...
