I logged onto PayPal today for the first time in a couple of weeks or so, and saw an order that I'd missed from nearly two weeks ago. I received no email notification to let me know it was there. Also today I had to send a PayPal invoice to someone - they didn't receive it. I did a couple of test invoices to myself (to different addresses) and didn't receive them either. Is there a problem with PayPal sending out notifications at the moment? It's a fairly vital part of the process! Thank you.

I have looked into this for you and can confirm that we were previously experiencing issues with notification emails being sent, as well as invoices. However, this issue should now be resolved.

Today, 22nd May, 2017, I recieved an email detailing a transaction dispute. When I looked at my PayPal Account I found that I had TWO recent orders. One buyer complained directly to PayPal that they had not received the goods and my only way ahead was to agree to refund their money. I LOST THE ORDER! The other customer telephoned me later on during the evening.
Bottom Line: PayPal didn't send me any emails to tell me about the orders but did manage to email me about the dispute.

- Invoice says paid but I didn't receive balance. in Sending and receiving money
- Invoice/Receipts for purchases on ebay not received or lost in Sending and receiving money
- Missing Payment in Sending and receiving money
- As a PayPal Send Only account holder, you are not permitted to receive funds in Sending and receiving money
- An order not received using payment after delivery in Refunds and cancellations
