Today, 22nd May, 2017, I recieved an email detailing a transaction dispute. When I looked at my PayPal Account I found that I had TWO recent orders. One buyer complained directly to PayPal that they had not received the goods and my only way ahead was to agree to refund their money. I LOST THE ORDER! The other customer telephoned me later on during the evening. Bottom Line: PayPal didn't send me any emails to tell me about the orders but did manage to email me about the dispute.
