Multiple Receipts - Exactly the same. Why ?

Hi,

I have just "Confirmed" & "Paid" for the items I had in my Basket (11 items).

I got 2 "Receipt" emails back (exactly the same) then an email titled "Action required: We were not able to process your payment".

I went back to my basket and did it all again (using the same card). This time, it went through, and I received 3 Receipt emails - All exactly the same.

This has never happened before - Is something wrong ?  dIfferent ?

Sorry, I should have said, the email titled "Action Required" was from eBay.
