A buyer has invoiced me and I was notified via text and via the PayPal app. However when I log in through the app or through my PC there is no invoice!!! What the **bleep**!!! Literally why does paypal even exist this is not the first nor second time this has happened to me I end up having to go back to the seller to get their email to send them money.

Guess what? You're not living in a PERFECT WORLD!.,
Anything could fluctuate at anytime. BTW a buyer doesn't do invoices seller does.
