Is in Georgia(country) PayPal accounts eligible to receive funds?

Hi,

I wanted to set up the paypal account to my online store but after redirection on paypal payment site and sumbiting the order, I received the following warning:

"Currently PayPal accounts in Georgia are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds."

Any help would be highly appriciated.

No thats not the page i get when i click on that link.

Anyway looked it up and folks in Geogia can only send and not receive funds at this time.
