How to request money as a goods and services?

When I select "Request Money" the website just gives me webpage that asks for an addressee and then the next page asks for the amount and then it sends the payment request to the email.  I think it is sending the request as a friends and family and not as goods and services.  How do I know which it is sending it as and how can I change it to goods and services?

Invoices and money requests are for goods / services.

Same as send money > goods / services.

The only time its friends / family is if the sender uses the send money > friends / family option.

Thats unless you are using a paypal,me link??
