You can send paypal payments from one paypal account to another.

Paypal accounts in Nigeria cannot accept Paypal payments.

wow! so i cant use paypal as payment for my e-commerce businesses.

might as well not allow Nigerians open a paypal account. I mean' whats the use.

You can use paypal to 'send' payments from Nigerian paypal accounts.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
