I sold something on eBay and sent it off, the funds are I my PayPal but saying hold, 85 said if I add a tracking number then It wouldn't hold for any longer, so I added a tracking number and still won't let me take my own money out for something I sold! What do I do? It's my money and I can't even access it!

Try actually READING the policy which states  >>

While you establish your selling track record, funds from buyer payments may be delayed. Generally, holds stay on until 7 days after the estimated delivery date or 3 days after confirmed delivery. If there's a problem or a case after the delivery, another hold will be placed until the case is resolved.
