Funds withdrawn but query re supplier delivery

Hi It's probably too early for me to raise a dispute or anything of that ilk. I used PP to pay for a product last Sat 4th and had PP confirmation that funds withdrawn but zilch communication with seller. Very odd as I had to register with them etc. PP email says "no delivery date given by seller". Is this likely to be one of those cases where seller on probation or something like that? Thanks

You may well get help but not from me.

When you posted your previous thread you were very rude to a mod that was trying to help you and said you could not be ''bothered'' so neither can i.

If folks can't say thank you when people post to try and help them then they don't get help in the future........at least from me.

The previous issue (so insignificant that I had forgotten about it!) concerned my frustration at being caught in crossfire between PP and new seller. I've just looked at exchanges and I articulated the facts and my concerns without belittling or disparaging anyone, even though I was made to feel like an idiot. I was probably tired and could see little point in pursuing when I had cancelled transaction. I really just wish to pursue a simple query and promise to acknowledge every ounce of help. Does that suffice? The company in question was feelthedifference.co.uk. Many thanks etc

1. Glad you have opened a dispute.

2. Disputes would have nothing to do with me not sure why you would think it had.

3. Why would i need to give you customer service? You are not a customer of mine.

I did say "boycott" and named no one in particular. My experience of forums such as this (perhaps naively) is that occasional they are patrolled by employees (BT Community forum). I don't know what the exact status of this forum is but you are certainly acting more like a troll than a moderator. (I should add that I've never liked Cornwall since watching Poldark in the 1970s)

No trolls are like this when they get a polite response to their questions.
