I deposit cash today on mu debit card but the balance in my paypal account shows 0.00, what to do with that?

You can't withdraw to a card in the UK, only to a linked bank account.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal UK Community. 

When you add a card into your PayPal account, the balance of your card is not reflected in your PayPal account balance. If you want to check your current card balance, you will need to access directly to your card statement or banking online. 

Once you have added a card, you should be able to complete a payment despite that your PayPal balance shows zero 🙂 We will be in charge to transfer the available funds from your card to the seller's account.
