I have sent money to someone this morning and my balance is now reduced. No transaction history and recipient has not received the funds. Please advise!
Lots of topics about this already, it's affecting a lot of people, probably all Paypal users - money is sent but not received for several hours, IPNs also delayed. Unfortunately Paypal have not said anything official yet (as far as I can see). Not sure what's the point of having status pages, social media support and user support forums if they don't actually use them to keep us informed at times like this.
