Hi,
I have some money on sharecash site, and I requested withdraw from sharecash to my paypal account which is Premier and Verified with Visa! Sharecash says that I don't have valid paypal account and that's why they can't send me payment. Also, when I click on Request Money on Paypal I got this:
"
Your Account May Only Be Used to Send Money
As a PayPal Send Only account holder, you are not permitted to receive funds from other PayPal account holders.
Your account cannot receive payments. To receive payments, set up your account.
"
Where is the problem? Before I used to receive money from anyone on my paypal account and now I can't!

Oh dear you may have been scammed.
Did you send it to Nigeria or somewhere.
Paypal never tell you to send an item tracked, they advise it for seller protection but they don't tell you to.
They also NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
New buyers don't normally buy pricey items like that.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Sorry nothing you can do.
TYPICAL NIGERIAN SCAM.
You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't.
It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.
They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.
Most scams originate from Nigeria and people there cannot even own a paypal account.
Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.
Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hi holly85,
When someone is sending you a payment through PayPal, they send it to your email address.
Your email address tells PayPal what account to send the money to.
Could you check that the sender has spelt your email address correctly or has sent the payment to your current active email address?
If they have sent the payment to the wrong email address, they should be able to cancel the payment on their end and then try to make it again.
I hope this helps,
Conor

Hi myaccount1,
Welcome to the Community Forum! Sorry to hear that your daughter didn't receive the money you sent to her. You may want to ask your daughter to ensure that the email address on her account is confirmed, as this step needs to be completed before you can receive payments.
If your daughter's email address is confirmed, please ask her to contact us directly for assistance. I would also advise contact us yourself so we can take a look at the payment status from your side.
You can find our contact details by clicking on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any page when logged in. Alternatively, you can contact us via Facebook (www.facebook.com/PayPalUK) or Twitter (@AskPayPal) for assistance.
Thanks,
Sophie
