A buyer has made payment via paypal. When I click onto e bay and click on the link for 'view paypal transaction ' it takes me to the transaction details. When I click on the 'payments received' option within paypal it does not appear and the value is not included in my paypal balance. I ahve tried to e mail Paypla but get a 'standard' reply which is of not help at all. It offers me the option to click on resolve a problem but my particular problem is not listed. I am not prepared to pay extortionate fees by telephoning them as the freephone number they proved on the webiste does not work.
I have rung Paypal. They advised that e bay are having problems and have given me a freephone number of 0800 358 6551. I am currently on hold with them. Paypal have confirmed that no payment has been received in my account. When I click on the link in ebay now to view paypal transaction it is now telling me the transaction ID is invalid. Let's hope we all get things sorted soon.
The money is now showing in my paypal account. I didn't get through to e bay depsite holding on for nearly 25 minutes. Hope everybody elses problem gets sorted.
