my ebay is saying payment received but there is nothing showing in my paypal account why

Hi marktatton. U might have the wrong email address on your listing? Go to your eBay sold page, click more actions, sell similar and scroll down to your email address. Check it's correct without any spelling mistakes. If it's wrong try adding the email address u have on the listing to your ppal as u are allowed up to 8 different onesand see if the money comes thru. Also remember to revise any active listings now without bids and check the email address on future listings before listing.

Mine is saying the exact same thing and i definitely have the right paypal account linked to my ebay

U might have the right ppal account  linked to your ebay but an incorrect one with a spelling mistake on the listings?

Go to your ebay sold page  find the transaction and click more actions(at the side) then sell similar

Scroll down and double check your ppal email address on the listing is corre t without any spelling mistakes.

If its incorrect add that one to your ppal and see if the money cones thru.

Also revise any active listings without bids if ppal is incorrect now and double check any future listings
